.::::WELCOME:::::.
I’m Bahareh (she/they), based in Brooklyn, NY. I’m a Product Designer (XR + UX), New Media Artist, and adjunct Professor of Design and New Media. I wear a lot of hats, and the common thread that connects all of these professions is my passion for experimentation at the intersection of art, design, technology, and advocacy. I’m specifically interested in designing products and/or redefining experiences for a more joyful, accessible, and healing future for everyone especially the historically overlooked users of Digital tools including people with disabilities, neurodivergents, LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and non-English speaking individuals. I am committed to consider these different communities’ needs and make informed decisions in my design, art, and teaching.
